Ken led the digital media network (The First Look theatrical advertising network) and was the founder of the corporate venture group for National CineMedia where he was a leader on the team that grew NCM to a billion dollar public media company. Ken has extensive national launch campaign experience with a variety of brands including Nike, Samsung, Apple, Coke, Sony, Disney, Warner Bros, Universal, Kraft, Microsoft, HP, Amazon, LEGO, OfficeMax, Target, AT&T, Sprint, Walmart, US Navy, EA Games, Ubisoft, FOX, Discovery Channel, History A&E, NBC/Universal, Regal Entertainment, AMC, Cinemark, iHeart, KIA, Shazam, Fandango, Yahoo, Google, Honda, and Lexus.

Scott Ungar is CFO/COO and a long-time media network and agency operator. Scott has an extensive career in the media space working with dozens of media networks and service providers. VP of Business Development
Julian Kahn is the co-founder of a successful medical practice responsible for helping countless migraine sufferers. Julian has also held leadership roles in sports media-rights (Lagardère Sports, previously IEC in Sport) and performed turn-around work in product manufacturing and services companies with multinational reach.
Chief Strategy Officer
Bill Glynn is Chief Strategy Officer and has 25 years of experience as a private equity investor and business founder. Bill helped create 3 private equity platforms with multiple exits. He was ranked one of the world’s top 15 innovators by Information Week and one of his businesses was ranked the top corporate venture company in the country by the Strategic Venture Capital Association Executive Director. Bill has helped create, advise and grow corporate venture programs for fortune 100 companies and for the past 15 years he has continued to personally advise high net worth, highly successful entrepreneurs, and C-level executives in large public companies.
Business & Corporate Affairs
To lead all aspects of Business & Corporate Affairs policy and procedure for MCVH (including subsidiaries). Reporting to the CEO, Mediacast Ventures Holdings, LLC. The position requires a seasoned negotiator who understands the financial and operational drivers of organizations big and small.
Vice President of Media Services
Nina Gunther is the Vice President of Media Services and has is a diverse and deeply knowledgeable media executive. Having worked with some of the biggest brands, agencies, networks and fortune 100 companies, Nina brings a perspective to Mediacast’s media procuring and sales alike. Nina oversees the strategic execution of all media plans and is the companies, primary relationship manager.

Thomas Tull is an investor and advisor to Mediacast. He is CEO of Tulco, a holding company. He was Chairman, CEO and Founder of Legendary Entertainment.
Director of Business Development
Dan O’Neill is Mediacast’s Director of Business Development and a Resident Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Executive. Dan has served the majority of his career managing product launches and sales channels for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers. Dan helps manage various portfolio companies and manages relationships in retail and supply chain critical to the success of Mediacast’s businesses.

Robb Stone is a Mediacast Investment Advisor. Robb runs a multifamily office investment company with deep experience in alternative asset evaluation and investments. Robb is part of Mediacast’s due diligence and investment committee.
